Q-Con 2026 - Accommodation at Elms

By purchasing accommodation you agree that you will abide by Queen's University's rules of residence during your stay and understand that bookings cannot be refunded. Take care to enter the correct information for all attendees staying, because we will use it to send out your check-in instructions. All guests must be over 18 years of age. We ask that all guests bring some form of photographic ID, and quote the group name "Dragonslayers" when they check in. -All rooms are equipped with bedlinen, towels and toiletry pack. -Kitchen facilities are available for use with up to 11 guests sharing, and all electrical appliances, crockery, cooking equipment and utensils are supplied. -Tea & coffee making facilities available in all kitchens. -Laundry facilities are available onsite at an additional charge. -There are no storage facilities on site for guest’s luggage after check-out. -There is a Pay as You Go car park on site. Additionally, there is plenty of street parking available around the area.
