PITCHFEST25 @ Hammerwich Cricket Club FAQs ❌ There is no overnight camping at this event. (Sorry – we’re not quite Glastonbury. Best head home to your own comfy bed!) Q. Is there parking? Nope! There is NO onsite parking – so dust off those walking shoes or summon a trusty taxi. Q. What time can we start the party? Gates open at midday (I know pace yourself!) Curfew is 10pm once the headliner is done so are you! Q. If I need to leave the Festival can I re-enter? You most certainly can leave and re-enter we know its a long day and you may need to pop home and check on the pup or have a quick power nap! Just make sure you let security on the gate know and you MUST make sure you have your wristband on! Q. Can I bring cash & card? Bars are card only (because it’s the future, apparently). Food and vendors will happily take either cash or card. Q. Can I buy a ticket on the day? Yes – but only if we haven’t sold out. Don’t risk it – future-you will thank you. Q. What age is a child ticket? Children are classed as ages 4–17. Under 4s are free – but they must bring a responsible adult (yes, that’s you). Q. Can I bring my dog? Sorry, no pups allowed – unless they’re guide dogs. Please email us in advance if you’re bringing a working woof. Q. Can I bring a Gazebo into the main event field? Nope. Gazebos will be stopped at the gate – and trust us, security has eagle eyes. Q. Can I bring a chair? Absolutely! Your legs will thank you. Q. Can I bring a picnic into the event arena? Sadly no outside food or drink allowed – we’ve got vendors for that. Exceptions: sealed water bottles and baby food. (We’re strict, but not that strict.) Q. Will there be security? Yes. Security will check bags and confiscate anything naughty. Don’t chance it. Q. Are there gluten-free or vegetarian food options? Yes – we’ve got you covered. Q. Are there ID requirements or an age limit? No age limit for entry, but if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, bring ID for alcohol. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Q. I haven’t received my booking confirmation/E-ticket. What do I do? Drop us an email at [email protected] – we’ll sort it. Q. What’s the refund policy? Tickets are non-refundable – even if it rains. (Bring a poncho, not an excuse.) Q. Can I smoke or vape? Yes – but please be responsible (and maybe don’t exhale a vape cloud the size of a stage effect). Q. What can’t I bring? The list is long but logical: • No gas bottles or canisters • No gazebos • No animals (except guide dogs) • No dodgy trading • No weapons (obviously) • No sky lanterns (fire and festivals don’t mix) • No drones • No pro video kit • No generators • No glass • No illegal substances (or “legal highs”) • No lasers Basically: if it’s dangerous, awkward, or likely to annoy other people – leave it at home.
