Daylight Disco Born from memories of Space Terrace, Cafe Mambo sunsets, Strawberry Sunday afters, and Glitterbox at Printworks, we are proud to return with Daylight Disco, our over-30s celebration of music, emotion, memories, and magical vibes. This is for those who dance around their kitchens, those who want to be home before midnight, and those who still feel every beat. This one's for you and everything you are. This edition of our growing party sees a true pioneer of UK club culture take centre stage. MJ Cole MJ Cole is a British composer, producer, and live performer whose work has shaped UK music for over 25 years, from the soulful depths of garage to expansive contemporary and classical projects. Known for a rare blend of musicality, innovation, and emotional intelligence, his sound refuses to be fixed to any single era or genre. Emerging from the late-90s UK underground, MJ Cole was a central architect in the rise of 2-step UK Garage, a sound that went on to influence grime, dubstep, and bands like The xx. His breakthrough track Sincere became one of the first garage songs to break into the UK Top 40, helping propel the genre into the mainstream. In 2025 he marked 25 years of Sincere not with nostalgia but reinvention, delivering landmark performances including Glastonbury's Glade Stage, a Friday night headline slot at We Out Here Festival, and a sold-out show at London's KOKO, joined on stage by artists including Elisabeth Troy, AJ Tracey, Eliza Rose, Katy B, Becky Hill and Hak Baker. Across his career he has produced and remixed for world-class artists including Stormzy, Dizzee Rascal, Jorja Smith, Mary J. Blige and Sammy Virji, released the orchestral project Madrugada on Decca, and composed the original score for The Disciple, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. He continues to develop new music through his own imprint 892 Recordings. Few artists have shaped UK club culture quite like MJ Cole.
