Daylight Disco Born from memories of Space Terrace, Cafe Mambo sunsets, Strawberry Sunday afters, and Glitterbox at Printworks, we are proud to return with Daylight Disco, our over-30s celebration of music, emotion, memories, and magical vibes. For those who dance around their kitchens, those who want to be home before midnight, and those who still feel every beat, this one’s for you. This edition sees an icon of British club culture take centre stage. Graeme Park – With over four decades on the decks, stage, and radio, Graeme Park was a legendary member of the Haçienda family. Few DJs have shaped the UK house music scene quite like him. Starting out at Selectadisc Records in Nottingham, Park quickly made a name for himself with sets at venues like The Kool Kat and Sheffield’s Leadmill before becoming one of the original residents at Manchester’s legendary Haçienda nightclub in the late ’80s. As co-founder of the iconic “Nude” Fridays alongside Mike Pickering, he helped define a generation of UK club culture, mixing acid house, disco, and the new wave of American house. Park was one of the first British DJs to take the sound global, performing across Australia, South America, the USA, and Asia. He has remixed and worked with legends including New Order, Inner City, The Brand New Heavies, and Eric B & Rakim, and appeared as himself in the cult film 24 Hour Party People. With over three decades of experience, Graeme Park remains one of the most respected and revered selectors in the game. We are delighted and honoured that Graeme has chosen to become part of the Daylight Disco movement.
