Mendips 1

Mendips weekend caving trip, 9th -->11th October Meet outside Peter Chalk at 17:30 to get kited up for the weekend. We will be staying at the Mendip Caving Group hut, and will be doing two-days of cVe trips up in the Mendip hills (just south of Bristol), with a couple of beginner-friendly options available. Both tickets include accommodation, food, kit and transport to the caves from the hut, although ONLY the CAR TICKET covers the cost of transport. Due to limited car space, we will be picking up anyone with non-car tickets from Yatton station as a shuttle service. You'll need to bring: cave-appropriate clothes (walking trousers, a woollen layer and breathable shirt) for two days worth of caving, as well as clothes for the hut (including lots of spare socks!), toiletries, a sleeping bag (we do have a limited amount of sleeping bags to give out on request, but it is preferred for people to bring their own), snacks for both days.
