Meet Your Guild Officers: Societies Drop-In

Have questions, feedback, or big ideas for your society? Want to chat directly with your new Societies Officers? Join us for a casual, drop-in style session where society student leaders, active members, and general students can connect directly with their newly elected part-time Societies Officers. Whether you want to drop by for five minutes or stay for an hour, this is your space to share your experiences, ask questions, and help shape student life. What to Expect: • Network & Connect: Meet fellow society leaders and members from across campus, swap ideas, and build connections. • Shape Future Guild Initiatives: Your feedback directly informs how the Guild supports student groups and improves society events moving forward. • Share Your Experience: Tell us what’s working well, what can be improved, and how your experience with Guild events and societies has been this term. Free tea, coffee, and snacks provided! Accessibility: Building Access: Lift access is available to the event space. Seating: Plenty of seating will be provided throughout the room for you to relax and chat comfortably. Facilities: Accessible toilets are located nearby on the same floor. Guild Support: Guild staff will be at the event and are available if you need any support. Look out for students wearing Guild-branded t-shirts, hoodies, or lanyards - they’re there to help with anything on the day.
