Luh'ra

Luh’ra is a Cape Town-based artist who expresses herself through music, creating songs that are both personal and spacious. Her sound, often described as Alternative Soul, blends golden guitar textures and thoughtful lyrics that invite reflection and feeling. Listening to Luh’ra is a meditative experience, flowing between vulnerability and warmth, melody and memory. Her music sits comfortably alongside artists like Lianne La Havas, Norah Jones and Meshell Ndegeocello, while holding its own unique sense of stillness. Her sophomore EP, Nice (2022), the follow-up to her debut Luh’ra Luv (2019) expands on the soulful foundation she has laid, incorporating subtle jazz, smooth R&B and tender production to explore the nuances of human connection. For this special performance, Luh’ra will be joined by her band for the first time since 2024. The evening will offer a glimpse into the music she has been exploring and developing over the past year and a preview of what is still to come.
