(LIMINALITY)’s flagship club-night at The Cornish Bank sees a stellar multi-genre lineup of Falmouth dance music acts, visual artists and an eagerly-anticipated headline set from SULLY. An invitation into transformation. Long before the UK garage revival kicked in and “future” garage had even been dreamt up, Sully began finding a space between 2step’s swing, dubstep’s edge and breakstep’s drums, all underpinned by the rude spirit of jungle. While he has preferred to keep a relatively low profile and remain around the peripheries of the quick hype, quick decay climate of the burgeoning bass music scene, his music has found a sense of permanence, the longevity of which speaks volumes of his talent. Who are (LIMINALITY)? We’re a new dance music project established in Falmouth, aiming to embody what makes dance music truly transformative and life-expanding, and celebrate the impact it has on our communities. We’re doing this by embracing every genre, placing connection at the forefront, exploring exciting & unconventional new approaches, and championing an approach to event production which supports our grassroots scene.
