LGBTQ+/NDSS/QBame Spring Ball - 23rd March 2024

Join us, Queer and BAME, and the Neurodivergent and Disabled student society for our Spring Ball! This will be held on the 23rd March from 7 pm till midnight at Reed Hall, Streatham Dr, Exeter, EX4 4QR. We will have a three-course meal with vegan and vegetarian options and a cashless bar. Dinner will be served at 7.45 pm. Please fill in the all relevant questions when purchasing your ticket. ***Event order*** Please arrive at 7 pm. Dinner will be served at 7.45 pm. After dinner, there will be a half-hour drag performance by Razzle B. Dazzled, and then we will crown the winners of Best Dressed and Most Creative Outfit. We will then finish off the evening with music and dancing until midnight! ***Other Questions*** We will have a photographer throughout the event, so if you don't want to be in the photos, please contact us - this won't be an issue. All of Reed Hall's ground floor is fully accessible, with a wheelchair ramp and accessible toilet. Please bring Proof of Ticket Purchase at the door and an appropriate photo ID if you wish to purchase drinks at the bar. If you're buying a membership ticket, please note that your membership must cover the whole year. It can be a membership from any of the three societies (LGBTQ+ Soc, NDSS, or QBame). Memberships will be checked. If a membership ticket is purchased with an invalid membership, your ticket will be refunded. Ticket sales are closing early to ensure that the venue can properly prepare and cater to everyone attending. The Spring Ball is happening on the 23rd March 2024 at 7 pm. Seating will be assigned to ensure that the right food gets to the right people. There are 10 to a table. When purchasing tickets, you can write down if there's anyone in particular you'd like to be sat with. Please give first and last names so we have the best chance of finding people! If you don't write down who you want to be sat with, we can't guarantee that you'll be sat with them.
