Kohinoor ✨ is one of the UK’s fastest-growing student-led South Asian charity fashion shows, proudly based in Durham. Founded four years ago to celebrate South Asian fashion, culture, and heritage, it has grown into a landmark event uniting creativity, community, and purpose. More than a fashion show, Kohinoor celebrates identity, storytelling, and artistic expression 🎭 showcasing the richness of South Asian design through a blend of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary fashion 👗. At its heart, Kohinoor is driven by impact ❤️. Alongside ticket proceeds, our models fundraise each year for a chosen cause. For 2026, we are proud to support The Children’s Foundation 🧸, an independent Newcastle-based charity dedicated to improving child health and wellbeing across the North East.
