Jade's Flow (Thursday 15:00-16:30)

Jade’s flow is a completely beginner friendly flow with a musical theatre style feel. You will work on connecting together beginner friendly moves you may have learnt in class this week in an easy to follow choreography to a dramatic musical song! Baggy trousers, skirts or dresses are encouraged to encapsulate the flair for drama! What to wear: • Pole is easier with some skin exposed for grip. • Wear what feels comfortable – we recommend shorts and a tank top. Class rules: • Arrive on time so you don’t miss the warm-up – if you miss it, you won’t be able to take part. • Avoid moisturising, shaving, or fake tanning 24 hours before class. • Remove jewellery during class (exceptions for religious reasons).
