Island Breeze Fest - Cardiff 🌴 WE’RE BACK — BIGGER, BETTER & BRINGING THE ISLAND VIBES TO CARDIFF! 🔥 🌴 Wales’ biggest Caribbean summer festival returns to Cardiff Bay, bringing 1,000+ people together for a day of Reggae, Dancehall & Soca, Caribbean food, live music, DJs, dancers, traders and pure feel-good energy.
