If an event cannot go ahead due to severe weather or circumstances outside our control, we will automatically transfer all tickets to a rearranged date. Your existing tickets will remain valid, and we'll email you with the new event details as soon as they're confirmed. If you're unable to attend the rearranged date, please contact us within 7 days of the new date being announced to discuss your available options. This does not affect your statutory rights.
