Ilifa: Live at Nkula

Following an incredible first gathering in the form of a jam session house band, this special collective returns for their official debut as Ilifa. The divinely orchestrated ensemble, featuring some of Cape Town’s brightest young talents, are claiming the inheritance left for them by the historic super groups from before who make up their musical ancestry. Ilifa wasn’t formed to simply honour the rich tradition of Black configuration in music, but to evolve it for the sake of its continuance. Join us for a special Heritage Day offering at Nkula
