GBOSA 4 Year Fundraiser

We're celebrating our 4 years with a community mutual aid fundraiser. A Black trans member of our GBOSA community is needing our support with surgery fees. The deal is: we give you a booty-shaking fever dream, you give us a show of solidarity. Expect DJs spinning East Coast House, Afro Funk, and Dancehall all night. We’re turning up the heat, turning down the shame, and turning out for one of our own. This isn’t just a party — it’s a love letter, a rally cry, a sweaty act of solidarity. It's a celebration of all things GBOSA and our community. Bring your coins, your crew, your best moves. We will still provide cheaper tickets for QTIPOC people, please keep a look out. Also if you have the means to donate we’ll have an option to do that too. Our lovely DJs: MYOHMY: We're so gassed to be able to bring them to Leeds. They're a non-binary DJ from Birmingham, based in Liverpool. They're known for high-octane blends of ghetto tech, jersey club, jungle and percussive techno. rooted in the queer linage of Chicago, Detroit and Baltimore. ihatenoise: truly iconic GBOSA resident, kicking up a storming in Leeds. She is back bringing her signature blend of hard-hitting GQOM rhythms and and confident, uncomprising lyricism. EYO96 b2b Pastorzakaia: Afro Italian meets British Caribbean - a dreamteam coming together again, expect a blend of genres brought together into a seamless & energetic set. UK garage, blended with East Coast house. A mélange of bossa nova and new gen african, italian and european drill COCO BOPS: back from her hiatus for the summer. GBOSA mother is closing the night and will be finishing of the night with baile, jersey club and UK garage. Remember Wharf is a co-operative members club.
