Coming Home to Yourself: A Breathwork and Inner Resources Hypnosis

About

Coming Home to Yourself: A Breathwork and Inner Resources Hypnosis Evening This is a gentle, trauma-informed space to set some of that down for a while, and to reconnect with the part of you that has been there all along, underneath it. Together, Joshua and Wendy will guide you through two connected practices. We'll begin with a guided, trauma-informed breathwork exercise designed to quiet the busy thinking mind and help you settle into a deeper, softer part of yourself. From that calmer place, Wendy will lead a guided hypnosis journey to help you gently make contact with your inner resources, There is no pressure to share, perform, or believe anything in particular. You are welcome to keep your camera off. Come exactly as you are. Wendy and Josh will be holding space throughout the evening.
