Come join us in celebrating the release of AZURE's first ever EP! Dublin-based alternative band AZURE first emerged in the Dublin alternative scene in 2023, with their debut single 'Leave It Out'. Since then, the band have released their second single 'Getaway' in January, along with headlining a sold-out Trinity Arts Festival and embarking on a national mini-tour to Galway and Drogheda. The 'Casa Del Dáil' EP is an accumulation of 6 months of work, with fan-favourite tracks spanning various genres. =========================== With Support from Soundstrand: Tried and tested on the post-lockdown Dublin independent circuit, Soundstrand ended 2023 with the release of their homemade EP, ‘If You Hear This, Let Me Know’. The band’s debut effort was described as ‘a kinetic EP that never lets up on the energy’. The opening two tracks, ‘Rollercoaster’ and ‘Man Made Boys’ garnered decent attention, being played on radio stations across both Ireland and the UK. This release saw a string of gigs come Soundstrand’s way, including a headliner in The Grand Social, and opening for Public Warning in Whelan’s Main Room. Looking to 2024, the group are determined to up the energy, and shake the naivety. ‘American Radio’ released on March 1st, and was described as having added ‘some sophisticated sheen to their earlier naive, indie charm’.
