AA18: Double A-Side Records’ 6th Birthday

Six years of this? Jeezo! We’re celebrating by continuing our/Home Economics’ residence of sorts at The Glad Cafe, and this month, we’ve got some belters joining us. The Wife Guys of Reddit have been keen supporters of Double A-Side for a long time and we’re really chuffed to finally get them on the bill for one of our shows. The band have been very busy since forming in 2020, playing shows all over, and – quite rightfully so – picking up a rabid fanbase along the way. Their live shows are always a surprise, so this will be great fun. Also, there will be two Anguses (Angi?) in the same venue on the same stage. We wonder what will happen! Home Economics will be playing a different set from April's show. they’ll make sure of that, don’t worry. There might even be some new material, who knows… Lastly, we can’t wait for Curdle to join us at The Glad. They’re a band who consistently surprise us by getting better every time we see them. If you’ve not managed to catch them by now, this is the perfect opportunity. As always, we’ll be having a raffle with all the proceeds going to Givin’ It Laldie.
