About

Come down for a night of groovy tunes showcasing some of Sheffield's finest selectors in aid of Refugee Support Europe. This charity does amazing work in Cyprus and Greece supporting 250+ refugees every day. LINE UP: DAEBAK (More pussy 3mpire) The talented Daebak plays a variety of funky electro tunes to keep you warm. If you caught her at Sheffield's No Bounds festival and the latest groundwork party you'll know what to expect. Daebak show's the Sheffield scene how it's really done. HAMES (Groundwork, Apricot Ballroom) Hames is one of the Groundwork crew (Thursday night party ran out of Shakespeares real ale pub!). He has recently been drafted in as a resident for Apricot Ballroom and appeared at Sheffield's latest boiler room. If he isn't supping beers at Shakespeares, you can find him slinging wonky cuts alongside heads down groovers in all your favourite Sheffield spots. WESTFALL (Groundwork, Infinity Zero) Born from London's early dubstep scene, Westfall is a sonic nomad specialising in bass and percussion. He recently launched the techno party Infinity- Zero, which he hosts as a resident DJ. MANGO SMILEY 🥭 Fresh out the eclectic basement parties of Sheffield and with a killer vinyl selection of disco, house and techno, Mango Smiley is guaranteed to get dancing feet warmed up for the night to come. 💃🏽 SLICE B2B J- LOW (Di:SECT) Sheffield's answer to dumb and dumber, spinning some heavy dubstep riddims. These two bring the heaters to any dance and will be sure to leave you quaking in your boots. A bit about Refugee Support Europe https://www.refugeesupporteu.com/ Refugee Support Europe helps restore the dignity stripped from refugees when they are forced to leave their home country to seek a safe place to live. The charity helps both refugees and the communities that support them. Refugee Support Europe currently have a Dignity centre in Cyprus operating a free food shop but are in the process of another location in Ioannina, Greece where they will have both a dignity centre and a range of services for refugees arriving in Greece. Not only this but the charity also supports people stuck in the UK in hotels offering them food, clothing and allowing them access to other services. The dignity centres each cost around £12,500 every month to run so donations are massively important to the charity so they can continue supporting so many vulnerable people. All donations will go directly to the refugees or towards supporting the communities that harbour them. This money enables Refugee Support Europe to react quickly to shifting demands and changing circumstances to reach as many people in need as they can. Please be generous in these hard times, your donation means a lot to Refugee Support Europe and the 250+ refugees and asylum seekers they support every day. You can DONATE directly here: https://www.refugeesupporteu.com/donate/
