You may be refused travel if you provide a temperature reading of 38C or higher, or refuse to have your temperature taken. - To help with social distancing and to avoid overcrowding, please do not arrive at your departure point more than 15 minutes in advance of your booked journey time. - We will be operating social distancing in the coach leaving some spaces empty. - Our staff will be wearing masks and will be having gels available for everyone during the coach IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW Tickets are non-refundable but exchangeable up to 72 hrs before the trip– should you wish to exchange it please contact us via email or social media Times can be subject to slight changes due to unexpected weather conditions, we recommend you always check the final confirmation times sent to you via email 24 hrs before departure (please check your spam). Alternatively, you can visit our social media pages at 2 pm the day before the trip for confirmed times. Any further information/changes or delays encountered will be given by our group leaders on the coach prior to departure via the telephone numbers you provided to us after you confirm your trip.
