Decibel Presents: MATRiXXMAN (Dekmantel)

Unreal levels of excitement to be bringing a world class artist all the way from San Francisco to the Steel City (Sheffield). This guys been producing some of the most exciting techno in recent times... MATRiXXMAN (Dekmantel) Matrixxman's sound definitely falls on the darker side of things (just how we like it). His stripped back style hits right in the sweet spot, consistently drawing you in from start to finish. His fascination with sci-fi and technology is ever present in his productions and sets; so much so you will find yourself drifting off to space to the sounds of a track laced with a TR-909. Matrixxman's tracks have been played by the likes of DVS1, Rødhåd, Jeff Mills, Ben Klock, Richie Hawtin, and Levon Vincent, to name a few. He has also had the distinct pleasure of being remixed by Larry Heard, Silent Servant, and The Hieroglyphic Being. After a steady output of EPs on labels like Dekmantel, Planet Rhythm, and Delft, he released his first full-length album on Ghostly International in July of 2015.
