The Ox Events and Brookes Union Present: ⚡⚡THIS IS OXFORD 2021 ⚡⚡ SEPTEMBER HERE WE COME! 🎉 We cannot wait to Dance with you all again.. 💃🕺 We're delighted to announce the new date for This Is Oxford; Saturday 25th September 2021. 🎪 We've had to move our original date – twice!! - but it looks like we finally have the green light for 2021. So we’re looking forward to a hell of a party with you all at the end of summer! ☀️ If you are one of the 2,167 who are holding 2020 tickets – your place is secure as tickets have been automatically rolled* to the new event date. With so many pre-sold there are limited tickets which are now available through FIXR. If you are a 2020 ticket holder and are sadly unable to join us on 25th September please email: info@theoxevents. co.uk and we will arrange for your ticket to be refunded. Refunds requests will be processed until 25th May 2021 so you have a couple of months to check your plans. We hope this isn't goodbye and that we will see you again soon in Oxford. If the event cannot go ahead for any reason including Coronavirus restrictions, then ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS IS OXFORD 2021 READ THIS! IT CAN SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY Before the day Produce your NHS Covid Domestic event Passport. If you are relying on a negative LFT this must be taken no earlier than Thursday *** complete your test at home and register it online *** ** there are no facilities to test at the pick up point** * You cannot collect a wristband for a friend * The only valid proof of testing is an NHS covid domestic event passport or NHS text/email confirming a registered negative lateral flow test. Passports can be downloaded from the NHS app using either a negative lateral flow test or proof of a positive PCR test within 180 days. If you are double jabbed you will be able to automatically download your passport using this app and you will need your NHS number to apply for the passport so please do this in advance of attending the wristband collection point. Put it on and don’t lose it! Lost bands can’t be replaced. You need your Brookes ID, e-Ticket and Covid pass Getting There The festival takes place on the golf course at Harcourt Hill campus, Westminster Way OX2 9AT drop off is via the campus entrance. The entry is located behind the Brookes Sports Centre. **There is NO PARKING available for private cars including neighbouring streets** Please consider the residents in surrounding areas when entering and leaving the Festival site. Vehicles left on neighbouring streets will be removed. Pre pay ticket for Festival bus leaves Headington Hill campus 14:00 these buses will only have capacity for prepaid ticket holders. Don’t arrive drunk or abusive as we won’t let you in! We operate a ZERO tolerance policy on drug use. Those in possession of drugs will be removed from the event and referred to the University There are no refunds if you are refused entry or ejected. Bags and clothing will be searched on entry No food or drink can be brought onto site except for medical requirements (you may bring an empty non glass bottle for free drinking water) There is no coat or bag storage so don’t bring more than you need This is a glass free site. Food stalls Gourdans Steak, Mozzarella Nation, Leaf or Sizzle, Noodle Bar, Smoked Meats and an Ice Cream Van Money and Tokens All Bars and food stalls accept This Is Oxford tokens only. Tokens are on sale in the main arena for CASH. THERE ARE NO CASH MACHINE FACILITIES ON OR NEAR THE SITE so please make sure you have cash with you. Tokens can be bought individually (£6) and there is a bundle deal of 8 tokens/ £35 Tokens are NONE refundable There are limited Card/ contactless facilities There are NO cash withdrawal facilities Fairground rides and other entertainment are free of charge Bars close 30 minutes before the end of the event so be sure to use your tokens before then Please note that this is a festival event and the ground is unsuitable for High heels or similar footwear.
