PEER PLEASURE Plus special guests: Bee's and Sawdust & Pants on Fire The Grand Social October 24th Doors 7.30pm Tickets €10 + booking fee Dragging garage rock kicking and screaming to all new lows: Peer Pleasure, consists of Brandon Murphy, Cein O’Dowd, Erik Murphy, Fiachra Carey, Jack Joyce, Jeff Miller, Joel Pitcher, Oisin Conroy and Joseph O’Gorman Formed in 2021 as a lockdown project and active since March 2022, sharing members with bands such as Slightly Dishevelled, The Donnys and Bad Mothers Union Gigging at punk festivals, pubs and squats across Northern Europe, the band have adopted a DIY ethos which has already brought them to Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. Peer Pleasure were busy in 2023 and 2024 completing 84 shows with notable performances at Whelans Summer Watch, Whelans Ones To Watch and Electric Picnic’ two years in a row at Spike Island stage where they drew an unprecedented crowd, who swung from rafters and very nearly caused the stage to cave in and Salty Dog stage, The group have also maintained solidarity with groups like the Revolutionary Housing League, playing DIY gigs in improvised accommodation which provide refuge for many homeless around Dublin city and further afield. The Band are in the process of completing their debut LP of 12 songs and have evil machinations in store for 2025. Strictly 18's+
