About this pass
The Official Refreshers Pass for Nottingham Trent is exclusively for students returning to NTU.
Your pass gives you access to 5 Refreshers events of your choice from a lineup of 20+ events, with pre-paid priority entry to some of the most in-demand nights before they sell out. You’ll also save money compared with buying individual tickets.
Refreshers Events run from Saturday 12 September to Sunday 20 September 2026.
By purchasing this pass, you’ll receive pre-paid priority access to book your chosen Refreshers Events during August, ahead of general release in September. After the priority booking period, your pass will remain valid for booking available Refreshers Events, subject to availability, until the end of the Refreshers period on Sunday 20th September 2026.

1. Eligibility
Passes are for current NTU students in their second, third or any subsequent year. See definition of “NTU student” below. If you are not an NTU student you will not be permitted to use a Refreshers pass to attend Nottingham Trent Refreshers events.
You must be 18+. Valid photo ID required (Passport, Driving Licence, or PASS card).
2. How the Pass Works
- The Pass provides pre-paid access to selected Refrereshers events.
- Events will be released during August 2026 at trentevents.co.uk.
- You must use your pass to book a ticket for each event you'd like to attend up to the maximum of 5 - the Pass alone does not give you entry.
- Priority booking for pass holders runs until 31st August 2026.
- Events are subject to availability and may sell out.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Full refund if NTSU cannot deliver the Freshers programme (excluding non-refundable booking fees).
- If individual events are cancelled, suitable replacements or partial refunds will be offered.
- Refunds are available if you are no longer attending NTU (contact: [email protected]).
4. Event Entry
- Arrival times must be followed where specified.
- Entry is subject to venue terms and capacity limits. Many events sell out so book early to guarantee entry to your chosen events.
- Veunues reserve the right of admission.
