These terms apply to 2027 Season Passes sold by Fixxer, trading as The Hybrid Games (“we”, “us” or “our”). By purchasing a Season Pass, you agree to these terms and the terms and conditions for each event you book.
1. What your Season Pass includes
A Season Pass gives you credits to book race spaces at eligible 2027 The Hybrid Games events:
Solo Pass 2: two credits — £152
Solo Pass 4: four credits — £266
Doubles Pass 2: two credits — £305
Doubles Pass 4: four credits — £535
Each credit can be used to book one race space. For example, two credits provide two race spaces.
A Solo race space is for one athlete to enter an eligible Solo category. A Doubles race space is for one team of two athletes to enter an eligible Doubles category. The athletes in a Doubles team must be named when completing the booking.
A Solo Pass can only be used for eligible Solo entries. A Doubles Pass can only be used for eligible Doubles team entries.
Pass prices are shown at checkout. Any applicable booking fees or other charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
2. How to use your credits
After purchase, your Season Pass will appear in the My Passes section of your FIXR account. Sign in using the same account you used to buy the pass.
To book a race space:
Open your Season Pass and view its eligible events.
Choose your event and the available category or ticket.
Add the ticket to your basket and select Reserve.
Check the event, category and athlete details before confirming.
Look out for your booking confirmation.
Your credit or credits will be deducted when you claim the ticket. The credit cost will be shown before you confirm your booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation.
3. 30-day credit deadline
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to use all the credits on your Season Pass to choose and confirm your race booking or bookings.
Your chosen event may take place later in the 2027 season, but you must claim your race space within the 30-day period. Any credits not used to confirm a booking within that period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated, extended or refunded, except where required by law.
4. Eligible events and availability
Season Pass credits are valid only for events and categories linked to the pass and listed as eligible on the FIXR pass page.
Bookings are subject to event capacity and category availability. A Season Pass does not reserve a place at an event. We recommend booking as soon as possible after purchase.

5. Names, event changes and transfers
Because Season Passes are sold at a discounted price, the pass, its credits and confirmed bookings are non-transferable.
You cannot transfer credits or bookings to another person, change the named athlete or Doubles team members, or move a confirmed booking to another event or category. Please check all details carefully before confirming your booking.
6. Pay in 3
Pay in 3 is offered through [insert payment provider] and is subject to that provider’s terms and eligibility checks.
Your payment arrangement is between you and the payment provider. Please contact the provider about payment queries, missed instalments or changes to your payment plan.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
If you choose not to attend a booked event, or do not arrive in time to take part, the race space will be treated as used and will not be reinstated or refunded, except where required by law.
If we cancel an event and do not offer a suitable replacement event or another reasonable option, we will contact affected pass holders about their booking. Any refund due will be calculated fairly, taking into account the price paid and the number of affected race spaces.
If we reschedule an event, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options.
8. Event changes and participation
Event dates, venues, schedules, course layouts and other event details may change. We will notify participants of significant changes using the contact details provided at booking.
All participants must meet the event’s age, safety and participation requirements and follow the event rules, including movement standards and judge instructions.
A Season Pass does not include travel, accommodation, merchandise, photography, spectator tickets or other optional products unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
9. Promotional offers
Season Passes cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers or concessions unless we expressly state otherwise.
