Refund Policy
If you cannot attend the event, it is your responsibility to sell on your ticket, as we cannot offer refunds.
Please make sure you buy the correct university and date ticket. We cannot offer refunds for tickets purchased for the wrong dates or university, unless you do not get into university and can provide proof via UCAS.
If the date of the event changes, you will be offered a refund or the option to exchange your ticket to the new date.

Valid for one named holder only. Non-transferable and non-refundable.
Grants one entry to each of the five Loosedays Move In Week events between Sunday 13th and Friday 18th September 2026. One entry per event - credits cannot be used twice on the same event.
Credits must be used before expiry on 19th September 2026. Unused credits have no cash value.
Entry is subject to the venue's admission policy. Entry is not guaranteed if you arrive after the advertised last entry time.
This is an 18+ pass. Physical photo ID is required at every event (passport or driving licence). Challenge 25 is in operation.
Loosedays reserves the right to void this pass if it is transferred, resold, or obtained other than through a valid Move In Week Band purchase.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
