Welcome 2026 - Departmental Speed Friending

Want to meet more people in your academic department? Join us for a relaxed lunchtime speed-friending session, created in response to student feedback asking for more opportunities to make friends within their departments. You’ll have a series of short, friendly conversations using easy icebreaker prompts, followed by plenty of time to mingle over free refreshments. Your Academic Representatives and LSESU staff will be there to welcome you and guide the session. Come on your own or with a friend from your department - there’s no preparation needed 😊
