Walk and Sauna

Join us for the ultimate recovery evening! We’ll be meeting at 6pm at Putney Station for a lovely half and hour walk along the river to Pulse Club, where we have a 75minute exclusive Girls With Gears sauna and cold plunge session booked. Come along to unwind after work and catch up with the girlies! Towels are provided, there are lockers and showers at Pulse Club so all you need is a swimming costume or bikini and come comfy clothes to change into afterwards. Once you have bought your ticket, we will send out a link to a waiver. Please make sure to fill this out before your session.
