Tortoise Fair

The Tortoise Fair is an annual tradition that has been upheld for decades at Corpus Christi College Oxford - a celebration of our 82-year old college tortoise, Foxe, in the form of a summer fair that raises money for a selected charity! The highlight of the event is, of course, the Tortoise Race - a competition of speed and agility between the college tortoises of Oxford. Make sure to be at the fair at 3pm to witness the making of a new champion. This year, all profits from games stands, face painting, live music, a BBQ, ice cream and drink sales will go to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
