Spacestation + The Herons + Thrush

Coming all the way from Iceland, Hearing Aid are delighted to welcome one of the most exciting new bands on the indie circuit to St Andrews. Described by So Young Magazine as ‘instant standouts’, Iceland’s only international Spacestation have been making waves in the UK with appearances at The Great Escape in Brighton and a show at London’s iconic Fabric. Drawing influence from psychedelia, post-punk and Krautrock bands like Neu! and CAN, Spacestation feels like sitting aboard the smoking carriage on the night train from Reykjavik to Berlin. Following the release of their acclaimed debut album 'Reykjavik Syndrome' earlier this year, they are embarking on a European tour. The first stop on their UK leg is at our very own Sandy's Bar on Saturday 29th November. Support comes from three-piece The Herons (‘punk for undergraduates’) and mysterious newcomers to the scene, Thrush.
