If you are thinking of wholesome and community vibes as a way to groove and celebrate your entry into the new year, think no further just book them tickets. We have carefully curated our lineup of DJs this year for a blend of soul-lifting/body-moving grooves, musics that cuts across genres and good vibes. Opening from 5-7 is Vinyl Destination; a sonic journey where those on board travel through inter-continental rhythms, melodic odysseys and global grooves. Come give your body and soul this special treat. Followed by Boeta Gee; he is one of Cape Town's finest vinyl DJ with a vast collection of vinyl from divers music cultures of the world. This evening set from 7-9 will move from reggae dub, to low end Afro grooves. For the set leading into the final hours celebrating 2025, ANIMA brings a mixed bag of bangers from the year, rooted in the global South and picked to make you sweat on the dance floor. This set from 9-11 we are locked in on a rhythmical flow: funk/disco to club/EDM, Brazilian/latin, Afro house/Gqom/kwaito vibes. Closing this beautiful celebration and sonically leading us into the new year from 11pm-1am is Kirko. Expect sun-soaked Spanish house, blended with Afro beats and deep house grooves, rising in intensity as we countdown and dance our way triumphantly into the new year. A fun thing to also look out for on the night is Tyler Pike's Live Caricature Drawing. The idea here is an opportunity to capture the last expression of the year on paper and what better way to do that than to sit, relax, smile and allow the talented Tyler creatively document a special moment which, you can take home and perhaps frame on your wall.
