Give it a Go: Movie Night!

Settle in for a film screening as part of Disability History Month! We will be putting the choice of film to a vote and will be showing whichever film receives the most votes: 1. Please Stand By. 2. The Peanut Butter Falcon. 3. A Beautiful Mind. 4. x+y May not be free? We will have a number of spaces to join this event on the day which will be on a first-come first-served basis so that you join without needing to secure your place in advance, and keep your plans flexible! Accessibility Info: - Step-free screening room - Subtitles will be enabled - Blue Badge Parking outside Queens' Building - Nearby Accessible toilet outside the Ram Bar What to Bring: Optional snacks or drinks - popcorn provided! What Can I expect from an Event in this Space? - The setup will have tables and chairs cleared to the sides of the room, with beanbags set up on the floor facing the screen. - You can still have a chair to sit on if this is better for you. - You will be sent a link on the day of the film screening to vote on which film we will be showing. - Popcorn will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks. - Lights will be turned off during the film. - Sound will be controlled so it's not too loud, with subtitles enabled.
