PLEASE NOTE: FINAL TIMINGS AND RUNNING ORDER TBC Wrap up warm and head to Cardiff Bay for a wondrous start to Christmas at the iconic Norwegian Church Arts Centre, for a special day of music, delicious Nordic inspired food, drink and festivities, celebrating South Wales’ enduring friendship with Norway. The Festival of Light has become a yuletide highlight with increasing numbers of people joining in with the celebrations of international and intercultural friendship – adding a little light to brighten up the ever-darkening days. It's free to attend and everyone is welcome. This year's Festival of Light promises to be another fantastic occasion. We'll be serving Norwegian cakes, snacks and hot food all day.
