Welcome to the Dollhouse! The Dollies are a female fronted punk band from Falmouth; riddled with feminine rage, expressive guitar and Hanna-esque vocals. Their distinct riot grrl sound is amplified to the most unapologetic extent on their debut EP ‘What Would Your Mummy Think? ‘. What’s spiralled from a Uni graphic design project into a full-blown punk outfit is a gang of mates with a message to the establishment (in particular to the patriarchy and Tesco’s Meal Deals) that they aren’t to be fucked with. Attending a Dollies show is like stepping into a time machine and being churned out in the 90s Punk scene. Tonight they'll be raising money for breast Cancer Now and celebrating some rocking women and queer people in music. Supporting are The Maisonettes, an Exeter based DIY riot grrrl band.
