Live Music. Poetry. Visual Art An intimate multidisciplinary performance bringing together live guitar, poetry, percussion, and visual art. Led by Vuyo Vumisa on guitar and poetics, with Athenkosi Sokuyeka on drums and visual artist Tamsanqa Thomo creating live visual work, the performance explores the space where sound, words, rhythm and image meet. This is an improvisational and immersive experience — music and poetry unfolding in the moment, with the drums creating a living rhythmic conversation while Tamsanqa responds visually to the energy, movement and atmosphere of the performance. Expect jazz, Afro-soul, free improvisation, spoken word, storytelling and experimental sound, woven together with live visual art. A performance that is not simply something to watch, but something to feel, experience and enter into.
