Over four hours, you'll experience a carefully curated soundtrack designed to take you on an emotional journey through movement. Expect an eclectic mix of melodic and funky house, drum & bass, pop, rock, 80s, 90s, acoustic tracks, spoken word, cinematic instrumentals and powerful vocals. Every track has been chosen with intention. Some will energise you, some may evoke memories or emotion, while others simply invite you to slow down, breathe and be present. Throughout the journey, I'll offer gentle prompts and invitations to help you connect with the music, your body and your emotions, while always leaving you free to move in whatever way feels right. What to Expect ✨ Arrive & Connect We'll begin by settling into the space together with a gentle cacao circle, creating a moment to pause, connect and prepare for the journey ahead. 🎶 Immersive Music & Movement Around two hours of guided free movement, inspired by an eclectic soundtrack that encourages curiosity, expression and freedom. 🌙 Guided Relaxation We'll gently bring the energy back down with a calming guided relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed. ☕ Drink, Cake & Community We'll finish with tea or a smoothie, cake and conversation; a chance to reflect, connect and enjoy the company of others before heading home.
