A Dhrupad Concert with Pandit Uday Bhawalkar

The Cambridge University Indian Classical Music Society and Dhrupad Music Society invite you to an afternoon Dhrupad concert on Sunday 11 August at St Catharine's College. This will be a rare opportunity to experience the timeless beauty of the oldest form of Indian classical music still practised today, from a veteran dhrupad vocalist, Pandit Uday Bhawalkar, accompanied by Shri Pratap Awad on pakhawaj, and Chintan Upadhyay and Kirit Singh on tanpura.
