The Charity May Ball marks the end of the academic year at Scotland's oldest and most prestigious university. Held at the end of Candlemas Semester in and around the wonderful surroundings of Kinkell Byre with stunning views of the sunset over St Andrews Bay, more than two thousand students enjoy the great hospitality, fairground attractions and live bands. The May Ball has donated tens of thousands of pounds to local and Scottish charities throughout its long history and continues to raise awareness of important causes both in Fife and across the country.
