Music Therapy For Exam Stress - Session 1

To support you through exam week we've invited in Music Therapist, Simon Perry, to hold space for you to take a break from revision, recharge and focus on your wellbeing. This session is open to all, you don't need to have any previous musical experience to come along, just an openness to try a new activity. The session will introduce to you to a range of techniques for using music for wellbeing. The event is being held in the M&D Room, located in DH1.
