Give £50/€50, get £50/€50 Society and Club

These are the terms and conditions for the give £50/€50, get £50/€50 Student Society + Club Start of Term Bonus made by FIXR, dated 1st July 2025 (the “Terms”). FIXR is owned and operated by VIPR Digital Limited, registered company number 8184813.

The following definitions shall apply for the purposes of the Terms.

“Event” means a valid and genuine event approved by FIXR for which tickets are listed on, and sold via, the Platform. House parties are likely to be excluded as an Event for the purposes of the Offer, unless FIXR determines otherwise.

“Offer” means a maximum of £50/€50 awarded to both Referred Event Organisers and Student Event Organisers which use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and in compliance with FIXR’s Terms and Conditions of Service for Event Organisers, which can be found here.

“Platform” means individually and collectively the FIXR mobile application, website (www.fixr.co), entry manager application and content management system. 

“Referred Event Organiser" means an event organiser with an approved student organiser account on FIXR who is affiliated with a UK/Irish university society or club and which has been introduced to FIXR by a Student Event Organiser. 

“Student Event Organiser” means an existing event organiser with an approved student organiser account on FIXR who is affiliated with a UK/Irish university society or club.

TERMS

1. The Offer is being made by FIXR to Student Event Organisers and Referred Event Organisers only. No other types of event organiser can claim the Offer. 
2. Subject to these Terms, the Offer entitles a Student Event Organiser to receive a one-time payment of £50/€50 for each Referred Event Organiser which runs an Event, and for each Referred Event Organiser to receive a one-time payment of £50/€50 when they run such Event. 
3. To claim the Offer:
   a) a Student Event Organiser must introduce a Referred Event Organiser to FIXR.
   b) the Referred Event Organiser must create a valid organiser account on FIXR and sell one or more paid tickets to an Event (which are not subsequently refunded) between 1st September 2025 and 31st October 2025.
   c) the Referred Event Organiser must submit their claim here before 23.59 (GMT) on 31st October 2025 and must reference the referring Student Event Organiser's Account ID.  
4. The deadline to sell tickets for an Event which qualifies for the Offer is 23.59 (GMT) on 31st October 2025. Tickets sold after this deadline will not count towards qualifying for the Offer.
5. FIXR shall in its absolute discretion determine: (i) who qualifies as a Referred Event Organiser and Student Event Organiser; (ii) the validity of a claim for the Offer (including the legitimacy of an Event); and (iii) all dates and timelines as prescribed by these Terms. 
6. The Offer may be claimed multiple times by a Student Event Organiser which introduces new referred Event Organisers, but may only be claimed once by a Referred Event Organiser. Multiple claims to the Offer made by an Student Event Organiser (including different individuals connected with such organiser and connected trading entities) will only be accepted where FIXR considers that the Student Event Organiser is genuinely introducing Referred Event Organisers.
7. All claims under the Offer will be reviewed and may take up to eight (8) weeks to process. FIXR reserves the right to seek further clarification from a Student Event Organiser and / or Referred Event Organiser regarding claims under the Offer.
8. Payment for claims under the Offer shall be made after internal review processes have taken place. Payment will be included with the next event payout for a Student Event Organiser or Referred Event Organiser, or as otherwise determined by FIXR in its absolute discretion.
9. FIXR shall be entitled, in its absolute discretion, to apply a booking fee and transaction fee to paid tickets for an Event.
10. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer provided by FIXR (or third-party agencies acting on FIXR’s behalf). The Terms and Offer supersede and replace any previous offers made by FIXR to Student Event Organisers and / or Referred Event Organisers.
11. All details and information provided by Student Event Organisers and / or Referred Event Organisers in conjunction with the Offer must be truthful, accurate, inoffensive and in no way misleading. FIXR reserves the right to reject a Student Event Organiser and / or Referred Event Organiser from qualifying for the Offer or from its Platform if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate, offensive or misleading details and / or information. The Offer is as stated, it is not transferable and there are no alternative rewards.
12. Unless otherwise amended or cancelled at FIXR’s complete discretion, the Offer shall expire at 23.59 (GMT) on 31st October 2025. FIXR reserves the right to amend these Terms or withdraw / cancel the Offer at any time, including in the event that circumstances arise beyond its control.
13. Neither FIXR or third-party agencies acting on FIXR’s behalf in connection with this promotion will be held liable for the actions of Student Event Organisers and / or Referred Event Organisers, the promotion and success of an Event or for anything that occurs at an Event or in relation to an Event.
14. By claiming the Offer, Student Event Organisers and / or Referred Event Organisers will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms and FIXR’s Terms and Conditions of Service for Event Organisers. FIXR reserves the right to deny the Offer to any Student Event Organiser and / or Referred Event Organiser that (i) fails to abide by the Terms; (ii) fails to comply FIXR’s Terms and Conditions of Service for Event Organisers; or (iii) in FIXR’s complete discretion is attempting to subvert, circumvent, or gamify the Terms by, inter alia, creating fake events, setting arbitrarily low ticket prices to an Event, or creating multiple organiser or user accounts on the FIXR Platform with a view to claiming the Offer. 
15. All determinations made by FIXR in connection with the Offer shall be final.
16. These Terms are governed under English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with the Terms.
