Freedom Of Religion Debate

We are very pleased to announce our first debate of term 3- this being on the topic of freedom of religion. With the presence and frequency of religious discrimination and persecution increasing globally and the world becoming seemingly more divided, we will consider how to protect people from being victimised for their beliefs. At the same time, we will consider the power and authority religion has and what role it should play in our societies and governments. Join us on Tuesday 7th May, 6.30-9pm in the Matrix lecture theatre as we debate this highly important issue. See you all there!
