People say our middle name is cheese and after a long cold winter we are all really looking forward to spring, so let’s taste some spring cheese, all perfectly paired with wine:
Cerney ash - an English artisan goat’s cheese coated, subtle flavours with a delicate lemony tang.
Coulommiers - often called Brie’s little brother, a soft creamy cheese with a more buttery taste.
Camembert Calvados - a special Camembert dipped in Calvados and cider.
Schlossberger - artisan Swiss cheese makers Jumi have produced a cracker of a cheese; rich, nutty flavours.
Forme d’Ambert - one of France’s oldest cheeses, this blue is washed in a sweet white wine.
