Pilates with Sol in the Back Room, Lemon Grove. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get a mat from our cupboard downstairs. All proceeds from this class will go to Alzheimer's Society, as our wonderful Outreach Sec, Maddy, is raising money for them with a half-marathon this weekend!
