Come on down to the Jim & Tonic Distillery for an exclusive behind the scenes insight into the Gin making process. You'll be welcomed with a delicious complimentary J&T before getting a look at our two beautiful copper stills and learn all about the process which goes into making your favourite Gins. This will be followed up with an in depth talk and tasting of our entire range with our master distiller.
