Vinyasa flow yoga with Alice

This is a one-hour fitness class which will be held in the Lemon Grove. All the equipment will be provided for you - and please arrive 5/10 mins before the class begins. If you have any injuries then please let the instructor know. We hope you enjoy the class xx
