Compete at the Trinity Barbell Mock Meet, on December 3rd, 2023! The mock meet is a great opportunity for lifters of all experience levels and background to try out a weightlifting or powerlifting meet. Going into a meet for the first time can be intimidating, so understanding how a meet operates is a huge benefit. For weightlifting; you will get 3 attempts at a snatch, and 3 attempts at a clean and jerk. For powerlifting; you will get 3 attempts at squat, bench, and deadlift, respectively in that order. In regards to equipment - lists for equipment will not need to be adhered to for this mock meet. The only kit we will need from you is long socks/any sort of leg covering for deadlift. We won't be doing kit check or weigh ins, and everyone will lift together! Ticket purchase confirms you will be there on the day.
