Kaye Donachie is a contemporary Scottish painter best known for her muted, figurative paintings. Throughout her oeuvre, she explores the history of countercultures, domesticity, and utopian ideals, often choosing to focus on female figures and leaders.
Donachie’s works are in the collections of the British Council in London, the Fonds Régional d’Art Contemporain in Paris, and the Royal College of Art in London among others. She was featured in both Frieze and Artforum.
