The session is aimed at everyone who wants to give paddling a go in a smaller setting. We explicitly welcome people who have physical disabilities, mental health disabilities, chronic illness, autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent people. No prior paddling experience is needed! We will paddle in the inner St Andrews harbour, learn some skills on and off the water, and play lots of fun games! People can paddle one duo sit on top kayak, a paddleboard, and lots of closed cockpit kayaks. We will offer a detailed session plan and more one to one support. There will be the possibility to leave the water at any time. Other adaptations are possible, just let us know what would be useful via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Just bring a towel, a change of clothes, fleece layers (optional) and swimming clothes that you can wear under a wetsuit. You can rent all other kit for free.
