🥗Starter is a french market table which includes:
A buffet of Severn & Wye hot and cold smoked salmon,
shell on prawns, smoked mackerel pâté, parfait, selection of charcuterie, grilled vegetables and pickles,
freshly baked artisan breads, and a selection of vibrant salads – cucumber & poppy seed, red chilli, fennel, feta & pomegranate, sumas yoghurt, mixed leaves
🥘For mains, you can choose from:
roast chicken and stuffing with a yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings
tomato & garlic sausage cassoulet with walnut and kale pesto (vgi)
🧁desserts you can choose from:
crème brûlée- baked vanilla custard, glazed under sugar (v/ngi)
pear and almond tart served with vanilla cream (v)
