Palestinian Food Fundraiser

*Halal Meat and Vegetarian Options Amnesty International St Andrews, MENA Soc & Fine Food and Dining is delighted to invite everyone to join us for our Palestinian Food Fundraiser! This is an excellent opportunity for you to celebrate Palestinian culture by learning to cook and enjoy a few authentic Palestinian dishes. The cooking demonstrator from FFD will be teaching the cooking class with consultation from Palestinian community members. The recipes will also all be sourced from Palestinians. The class will then be followed by a communal dinner, so those who are unable to attend the class will still be able to enjoy and eat the dinner for a more affordable ticket. All the money raised from this event will support the Palestinian charity Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) Members of all collaborating societies will be able to buy tickets at a discounted price as mentioned above. Please message us (through FB/IG) if you are a member as we will be sending out a unique discount code that can be applied on FIXR after we cross check your membership. We encourage you to become a member, it is only £3 on the Union website! We will also encourage additional donations for Palestine during our event, in the form of cash/contactless payments.
